An international gangster turns himself in, then dramatically escapes - only to face treachery and betrayal.From the moment it's first look was released in youtube, this movie became the most awaited Bollywood movie of the year.It deserved the hype because the director Farhan akthar's first outing in 2006 with world's most stylish criminal was an amazing one.That itself was a remake of 1978 movie with the same name which was acted by Amithab Bachan .But Farhan akthar shocked every one with the climax.Unlike original he let the bad(evil)hero win at the end.There were obvious comparisons with the original and some critics didn't liked it.
Now he is back with a sequel which was a Christmas release in India.This is Shah Rukh Khan's best action action movie ever.After giving the audience a ridiculous movie like 'Ra.One' early this year,..Shahrukh came up with something like this.Thank God !.And DON is one of the best characters Mr.khan ever played.
If Don was conquered Asian underworld in the first part,he aims to be the king in world drug business this time.He will do anything to reach there.Revealing more will spoil the fun in your movie watching.So we won't. :)
Story happens mainly in Germany.Awesome fights(comparing to other Indian movies like Bodyguard,Buddah hoga tera baap,Singham,etc),thrilling car chases,witty and dramatic one liners and jaw dropping twists makes the movie worth a watch.But being one of the best directors of India, Farhan would've made the story a bit more simple than it is now.And the question in your mind now will be, will the police catch him in this movie at least..well we can only say that "Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahi,...." you know the rest ;)
